Natural Products Returns and Refunds:

 

DarkHorse may accept product returns for 30 days. The customer must return the un-used portion of the natural product to DarkHorse before 30 days from the purchase delivery date. Contact Sales@DarkHorseNaturals.com for our mailing address. In order to receive a refund the customer must write an e-mail with the following “exact format. “ In a written e-mail the customer will write a 1.“brief explanation” of why the customer is returning the product. Below the brief explanation the customer will provide 2.“ your full legal mailing address”. A refund check will be mailed to that address for the purchase price of the product less shipping. At the conclusion of the letter the customer will write 3. “their full legal name and the date of the letter.” This letter will then be printed and filed for further reference by DarkHorseNaturals.com.

 

Hard-goods equipment Returns and Refunds:

 

DarkHorse may accept product returns for 90 days. The customer must return the equipment to DarkHorse before 90 days from the purchase delivery date. Contact Sales@DarkHorseNaturals.com for our mailing address. In order to receive a refund the customer must write an e-mail with the following “exact format. “ In a written e-mail the customer will write a 1.“brief explanation” of why the customer is returning the product. Below the brief explanation the customer will provide 2. “your full legal mailing address”. A refund check will be mailed to that address for the purchase price of the product less shipping. Natural and Biological product Quality:

 

DarkHorse Naturals and DarkHorse Bio uses third party testing as an attempt to obtain the highest quality. We always have our own buyers on location to inspect the products. We have each product “manufacture lot” that we purchase inspected and tested for purity and / or potential contaminates. If you are a customer and you discover a problem with the quality we want to know about it immediately. If you have a concern with any product that you have purchased from DarkHorse Naturals or DarkHorseBio please notify us via e-mail. Do not continue to use the contaminated or faulty product. Do not discard the product. We will pay you to return the product to us. We will send in the mail you a rejected product form for you to fill out. We will ask you to fill out our form so that we can determine the source of the quality issue. We will then fully refund you for the cost of that product without further questions.

 

Natural and Biological Products Freshness Guarantee:

 

DarkHorse Naturals and DarkHorse Biologicals will not sell a product that is past the expiration date. Each product we sell has a clear expiration date. DarkHorse guarantees that we will not ship product out past its expiration date. We use the date that we ship the product to you as the deadline. If it is determined that we have accidentally shipped a product that has expired, we will immediately refund you the full cost of the order plus your shipping costs. If you determine that the product you purchased has expired then contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Contact us at sales@DarkHorseNaturals.com please put “Expired Product” in the subject line.

 

DarkHorse Refrigerator Freezer Back-up plan.

 

The term back-up refers to DarkHorse’s internal plan to ensure that your products remain stored at the storage conditions that we agreed to in our customized storage contract. DarkHorse agrees to have a battery back-up system that is adequate for 48 hrs without any power from conventional sources. Furthermore, DarkHorse Storage will have the equivalent of one unit of free space in a different refrigerator/ freezer for every nine units of sold space. In simple language there will be one empty unit available as back-up for every nine full units. If we ever have to move your product due to any unforeseen power outage or broken refrigerator / freezer we will immediately notify you as soon as we can via written letter notice. We will make every effort to contact you via a phone call however, for legal reasons we will notify you via written communications as the primary means of communication. It is the client’s responsibility to make certain that their full contact information is current and up-to-date. We are not liable for any product that becomes un-usable do to our storage conditions. If you want to buy insurance for your products stored with us we will recommend an insurance underwriter that specializes in this type of risk.

 

DarkHorse Security:

 

DarkHorse storage and distribution takes security seriously. We will take all reasonable security precautions to protect your product from theft and vandalism. We have our own unique system that is designed to thwart this type of activity. Unfortunately we can only say that security is of highest priority to DarkHorse Storage and Distribution. We will not guarantee that your product is secure at all times. If you require updated and maximum security for your product, please contact us about your specific concerns. We will make every reasonable effort to secure your product based on your products’ unique needs. We don’t want security to be the reason you do not choose us, therefore please let us know how we can assure you that our security is adequate for your product. We also will gladly recommend an insurance underwriter that specializes in this type of risk if you are not satisfied with our standard security protocol.
